A dirt crawl space under a home is a very bad idea. The earth has very high humidity in the soil. This water vapor moves easily into the crawl space and upwards into the house environment. Insect and critters of all kinds love damp environments and wet materials. Rot and decay occur in damp environments causing structural damage.
Homeowner Charles T from Sherwood Ar wanted to turn his crawl space into an extra storage unit. However, he knew that the condition of his crawl space needed to change, so his belongings would not get damaged from the high humidity levels. Charles decided to call Crawl Space Solutions of Arkansas, where we installed our 20 mil CleanSpace liner. The Cleanspace liner is used to isolate the home completely and permanently from the earth, reducing the humidity levels in your crawl space. Charles can now use his crawl space as extra storage, thanks to the leading experts at Crawl Space Solutions of Arkansas!
