"Vibrant, zestful, and supportive."
SmartJack Crawl Space Stabilizer is a supplemental support system for crawl space applications. The Smart Jack effectively supports sagging beams and floor joist caused by:
length of span greater than spanning capability of the members
floor load added construction, exceeding design values
the weakening of members over time due to high moisture and rot
The most basic way to view it is that crawl space encapsulation turns your crawl space into a waterproof capsule. First, a waterproof vapor barrier is installed. This vapor barrier is usually made from heavy-duty plastics, laminates, and resins. Then the vents are sealed shut and the vapor barrier is sealed into place. This creates a clean, dry crawl space that protects against moisture, mold, pests, and other issues that can impact your home from your crawl space. So, why would you want to seal up your crawl space with an encapsulation?
Improved Air Quality – Vented crawl spaces routinely harbor mold, bacteria, and other nasties that can negatively impact your indoor air quality. Encapsulating seals all of that out so you can breathe easier.
Lower Utility Bills – Encapsulating your crawl space can reduce your energy bills by up to 20%. That’s some major cabbage!
Reduce Risk of Expensive Repairs – Moisture in the crawl space causes wood to rot–in the worst place to have rotting wood, where the supports for your house are! Moisture from crawl spaces can also cause floors to buckle. Both of these scenarios result in seriously expensive repairs to maintain the structural integrity of your home.
This is a very spacious crawlspace in Horseshoe Bend, homeowner Raymond E wanted to utilize his crawl space for storage. There was only one problem, he had high moisture levels in his crawl space and it would flood after every rainy day. By installing our CleanSpace Liner, Raymond can now store all of his belongings here with peace of mind that nothing will get ruined, and no mold will grow on any of it.
This is our SmartSump- is a combination of patented and custom components that make up a highly efficient and reliable water evacuation system for Crawl Space Environments. SmartSumps are designed to evacuate water from the CleanSpace Crawl Space Encapsulation System. Since you don't go into your crawl space a lot you need to know if there is a plumbing leak. The SmartSump has a unique lid design so water from a plumbing leak fills an alarm pocket on the lid first, sounding a WaterWatch alarm. From there, the water flows down a special airtight floor drain that lets water down, but damp air cannot come up into your crawl space. The alarm also alerts you to pump or any power Failures. It does have an optional battery backup protection in case the power does go out. The optional UltraSump battery backup pumping system has a second pump in case of primary pump failure, the second switch in case of switch failure, and a second power source in case of power failure. The UltraSump can pump out over 12,000 gallons of water out with the energy in the special 120 AMP sealed powerpack. A charger keeps it charged when the power is on, and an alarm will tell you when the Ultra Sump is operating. The UltraSump is optional but highly recommended!
Dirt crawl spaces have high humidity levels necessary for mold growth. Humidity levels from 50%-90% are easily found in dirt crawl spaces that have never flooded. The clean space encapsulation system completely isolates your home from the earth. This dramatically reduces the humidity level in the air which!
Any time you have a dirt crawl space, you are taking the chance of mold and bacteria growing underneath your house. If some reason it floods in your crawl space, now you are facing the possibility of structural damage, high humidity, and critters taking over your crawl space.

Mold can grow on dirt, insulation, framing, and even under your carpet on the first floor. Mold destroys organic materials as it feeds on them. Mold reproduces by producing millions of floating airborne spores, which some people are very sensitive to. Sportes can be dormant for many years, waiting for the right conditions to grow. Some molds produce mycotoxins, such as the black mold Stachybotrys.

Debby V. of Camden Ar was shocked when he discovered that her home's crawl space was collecting water. She knew that standing water and moisture could cause rotting and mold growth, so she did not want to ignore the problem. He called Crawl Space Solutions of Arkansas for help.
Design specialist Jack G. assessed the situation and discussed the best option with the homeowner. Foreman Ricky T. then traveled to the home to install a CleanSpace encapsulation system. The CleanSpace encapsulation system is a durable plastic liner that is placed on the floor and up the walls of the crawl space. It acts as a vapor barrier, completely seals the crawl space from the earth, and brightens the crawl space.
Debby V no longer has to worry about any moisture entering her home's crawl space and causing damage. She now has a dry and waterproof crawl space.
