Jordan, "The one and only. If there is another, he's a phony!". Jordan is a valued foreman here at CrawlSpace Solutions. His previous experience as a farmer has prepared him for the vigorous tasks performed in our crawl spaces.
His day to day position includes prepping crawl spaces for the products and then installing them.
During a series of questions asked to all of our CrawlSpace Solutions family members:
What do you like most about your job?
"Having a plan each day and being with my crew. I like trying to be the best at whatever I do!"
One of the most efficient ways to keep your crawl space or basement from flooding and water damage, is installing a sump pump. In this home in Pocahontas, we had to replace the old sump pump that was no longer in working order. We removed the existing sump and replaced with one of our SmartSump systems. This system is a combination of patented and custom components that make up a highly efficient and reliable water evacuation system for crawl space environments. SmartSumps are designed to evacuate water and keep the area clean and dry.
Client requested our service to help them create a clean, dry crawl space, where they had been having some moisture problems. For this space, we installed a complete encapsulation system. We removed all debris in the space, then placed down our Drainage Matting and topped that with our CleanSpace 20 mil liner. To finish sealing the home from outside moisture, we placed vent covers and replaced the crawl space access door with one of our EverLast airtight doors. Finally, we placed a SaniDry Sonoma dehumidifier in the area to bring the humidity under control in the space.
This crawl space is now a much cleaner, drier, and healthier space for this client's home and family.
Customer's crawl space was in bad shape and needed some TLC. Due to allergy issues, our Design Specialist recommended our CleanSpace Liner, a Sedona dehumidifier, and SmartSump sump pump.
After removing debris and insulation, we graded and prepped the space for our CleanSpace Liner. Our CleanSpace Liner isolates the home from the earth permanently and completely. This reduces the humidity levels in the air. By combining sealing off the outside air and dehumidification with the Sedona, we elimate the ability for mold to grow and rot.
The client inquired about what they could do to remove quite a bit of excess moisture, along with some standing water, in their crawl space area. We quickly scheduled them to have one of our System Design Specialists to come out and come up with a system designed to get all of the water issues solved. We then had one of our installation crews install a SmartSump crawl space drainage system, our CleanSpace Drainage Matting, and one of our EverLast crawl space doors.
The Smart Sump system and Drainage Matting helped solve the problem with standing water, while the EverLast door will help to prevent any further excess moisture from seeping into the area.
Client called to inquire about removing water from the crawl space area of their home, due to Our System Design Specialist just the system this client had been hoping to get. We installed a full CleanSpace Encapsulation System, complete with CleanSpace Liner, Drainage Matting, a TripleSafe Sump Pump System, and an IceGuard Sump Pump Discharge Line System.
The IceGuard Sump Pump Drainage Line System allows water to escape from a sump pump discharge line if the pipe freezes or becomes blocked for any reason. The TripleSafe Sump Pump System has three pumps to give the homeowner triple protection.
Customer called in regarding cleaning up, encapsulating, and needing a new access door. Our Design Specialist a full encapsulation including insulation removal. We installed a Sedona dehumidifier and a SmartSump.
For the new access door that the customer requested, we suggested a custom Metal Door. These doors are built to the exact specifications of the access point.
