When these homeowners in Bradford called with concerns about mold in their crawl space, we were eager to help. Our Design Specialist drove out to inspect the crawl space and visit with the homeowners about their concerns.

Their main concern was getting rid of the mold and preventing it from coming back. Moisture creates mold, so we needed to eliminate the moisture from their crawl space. Purchasing a home can be stressful, you may find things the previous owner did aren't up to your standards. That was the case for these homeowners in Bradford. The previous owners had independent contractors make some repairs to the floors because of a water leak, and the job was not completed in the crawl space.
