If you have a problem with your sump pump or another basement water issue, we can help! Dirt & sediment build-up in a sump pump liner can cause pump failure. Of course, if your pump(s) fail - YOU GET FLOODED.

The emergency service is only available for Crawl Space Solutions of Arkansas waterproofing customers.

Are you experiencing a problem with your pump or battery backup system? Call 1-501-329-4000 and follow the prompts to be connected with our 24/7 Emergency Service department, which will be able to assist you.

Please note: Emergency service fees apply to all emergency service work.

Signs of an emergency include, but are not limited to:

• WaterWatch® Alarm sounding continuously
• Pump running continuously during dry weather
• Flooding in basement or crawl space
• UltraSump® Battery backup alarm sounding

Emergency Services provided include:

• Primary and secondary pump replacement
• UltraSump® charger, DC pump, and powerpack backup replacement

Don't forget that annual maintenance is essential in making sure your system remains functional when the big rains do come. To schedule your annual maintenance visit our schedule annual maintenance page. Our emergency service can assist with pump replacements, battery backup issues, and alarm sounding.

The emergency service is only available for Crawl Space Solutions of Arkansas waterproofing customers. If you need emergency service between 5 pm and 8 am for your primary pump or battery-backup sump pump system, the service fee is $249. If you need emergency service on a holiday, the service fee is $349. This fee does not include tax or the cost of any additional parts, if needed. Payment is due upon service and is not dependent on our ability to repair the problem at that time. Please note that all warranty and non-emergency work is performed only Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
