Homeowner in Ravenden had an incomplete basement and every time it rained the water just poured in. Homeowner Louis wanted to turn his basement into a nice room where he can come home from work and relax. He envisioned a pool table, a plasma television hanging on the wall, etc. However, he didn't imagine having to swim in and out of his basement every time it rains. He decided if he was going to have his dream room, he needed to call the experts here at Crawl Space Solutions of Arkansas! When our System Design Specialist arrived at Louis's house, he developed a plan that would help Lous achieve his dream. One of the main products we used for this home was our TripleSafe Sump Pump System.

Our TripleSafe Sump Pump System- is a combination of patented and custom components that make up a highly efficient and reliable pressure relief system and water evacuation system for basement water control systems. Utilizing (2) 120v pumps and )1_ 12v battery backup system. TripleSaes are designed to relieve subfloor water pressure and evacuate water from the basement water control system. 

The Production crew installs a TripleSafe Sump Pump by doing the following: Create a hole in the floor approximately 27" om doa, enter and excavate down 24" from the floor surface. Set the liner in the hole with the lid approximately 1/4 below the surface of the floor and backfilled with clean stone. First, install 1 pump stand into the positioning tabs at the base of the liner then install the primary pump with Ultrasump pump pre-installed; with a check valve and section of 1-1/2" PVC discharge pipe that extends above the floor. Next position 2 pump stands stacked on top of each other into the other set of positioning tabs and set the secondary pump. Slide the lid around the discharge pipe and pull the electrical cord through the top and then bolt the lid into place. Install airtight grommets and WaterWatch probe alarm. Mount Cord Captain to the 1 1/2 discharge line using supplied pipe clamp for wire management, hang system service envelope using 8" wire tie supplied, and fill out all information on labels!

Now Homeowner Louis can relax in his basement as he intended too!
