Ron A stated his Crawl space gets water in it when there is heavy rain and the ground is completely saturated. He turned to the experts here at Crawl Space Solutions of Arkansas to come to take a look and see if we could help him out.

When our system specialist arrived at Ron's house the crawl space was completely covered with water, mold, and humidity levels were very high. Our specialists developed a plan that will eliminate the issues and keep them gone forever! The specialist decided to go with our Smart Sump pump, Clean Space Encapsulation, and out SaniDry Sedona. 

The Smart Sump Pump is designed just for crawl spaces. The liner and lid are designed to form a tight seal around the clean space liner. The Smart Sump has a unique lid design so water from a plumbing leak fills an alarm pocket on the lid first sounding a WaterWatch alarm. From there, the water flows down a special airtight floor drain that lets water down, but damp air cannot come up into your crawl space. The alarm also alerts you to pump or power failures. 

The next product we installed was our Clean Space Encapsulation system - this system completely isolates your home from the earth. This dramatically reduces the humidity level in the air which, when combined with sealing outside air and dehumidification, will eliminate mold growth and rot from your crawl space and make the whole house healthier. We also installed out Drainage Matting which goes under the clean space for water to flow beneath, it adds extra durability, puncture resistance, and a thermal break.
