Customer inquired about his leaking basement. Our Design Specialist evaluated the space and recommended that our WaterGuard Drainage System be installed. It was also recommended to use our CleanSpace Wall System, install EverLast Basement Windows, and have a TripleSafe sump pump installed.

Our EverLast Basement Windows feature an all vinyl frame that is maintenance free - no painting or rusting. These windows improve the appearance and energy effciency of a basement window. These windows are custom fitted to your basement to ensure that they properly seal off outside air. 

The CleanSpace Wall System is used to waterproof the walls of the basement up to 4 feet. Water then would be routed to the WaterGuard Drainage System located in the floor. This channels water seepage from the foundation walls, the footing wall join, and the block wall cavities to the TripleSafe sump pump.
