Bonnie M noticed water coming through the walls in her crawl space. She wanted to make sure it was going to lead to a more serious problem. After searching around she found Crawl Space Solutions of Arkansas. Bonnie saw the work we have done, our customer's reviews and decided that we would be a great fit for him.
Bonnie called Crawl Space Solutions of Arkansas to schedule a free inspection of her crawl space. After the inspection, it was determined that the best solution was to install a SmartSump Sump Pump, CleanSpace and SaniDry Sedona. Our SmartSumps are designed to evacuate water from the cleanspace crawl space encapsulation system. The SmartSump has a unique lid design so water from a plumbing leak fills an alarm pocket on the lid first, sounding a WaterWatch alarm. From there, the water flows down a special airtight floor drain that lets water down, but damp air cannot come up into your crawl space. The alarm also alerts you to pump or power failures. It does have an optional battery backup protection- The optional Ultra Sump battery backup pumping system has a second pump in case of primary pump failure, the second switch in case of a switch failure, and a second power source in case of power failure. The UltraSump can pump out over 12,000 gallons of water out with the energy in the special 120 amp sealed powerpack. A charger keeps it charged when the power is on, and an alarm will tell you when the UltraSump is operating. The UltraSump is optional but highly recommended.
