This homeowner called in stating that her home had developed an odd smell in certain areas. She knew she needed a professional to help her get to the root of the issue. Our Design Specialist, Jack, found that the home had some excess moisture in the crawl space and would need a full encapsulation.
Justin and his crew prepped and graded the crawl space and installed the SmartSump Sump Pump and WaterWatch Alarm System with an exterior discharge line. The walls and vents were insulated with SilverGlo Insulation Panels, and the Drainage Matting was installed to direct ground water towards the sump pump. The CleanSpace Liner isolates the home from the earth, and the bright white finished side allows the homeowner to see their crawl space is free of mold, insects, and dirt. An Energy Star rated SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier pulls any excess moisture out of the air and drains it into the sump pump.
The homeowner has a fresher, cleaner smelling home that is healthier and drier.
