Why Annual Maintenance Is Important

You've had your crawl space problems fixed. The water is no longer seeping in every time it rains. The humidity is managed. No vapor is seeping in through the floors or walls, and the vents are sealed to keep out moisture. That's great! Problem solved, right?

Well, yes. But that doesn't mean you don't ever have to think about your crawl space again. In order to keep the amazing products functioning properly, it is important to have our service department perform annual maintenance. 

This is only going to keep your products running better, longer.

The tech will come and clean your products and change any filters. This is very important to the longevity of your products. For example, if your sump pump has a buildup of sediment in the liner, it might fail. A failed sump pump leads to a flooded crawl space, and no one wants that!

The Service Tech will then run tests to ensure everything is working properly. 

This is also a great time to discuss any concerns you have or ask any questions.
