We start by removing part of the basement floor to install our WaterGuard around the outside walls of the basement, taking on water before it enters the basement. We cover WaterGuard with a layer of concrete, except for a small piece that come out of the floor right on the wall. We line the walls with our CleanSpace Wall System, which gives the walls of the basement a bright clean finish and allows moisture to drop down the wall and into the lip of the WaterGuard, where it is carried to the TripleSafe Sump Pump. The TripleSafe Sump Pump pumps the water out and away from the home. It features three separate pumps, protecting your home from water intrusion even in the event of power outages, excessive rain, or pump failure. We also install a dehumidifier in the basement, helping to circulate dry air and keep everything dry!
