After one of our talented Appointment Center Specialists scheduled your appointment, you should have received an email from us confirming your appointment. If you didn't, please check your spam folder! In a few days, you will receive a packet through FedEx, giving you information on our company, some of our products, and your System Design Specialist. We also include the Crawl Space or Basement Science Book, depending on your needs. The information in this book is key to learning more about why we do what we do and how we can help you. We encourage you to look through the book and write down any questions you may have. A few days before the appointment, your System Design Specialist will reach out to you by phone to confirm your appointment.

When your System Design Specialist arrives, he genuinely wants to know about your concerns, answer your questions, and help in any way he can. He will inspect your crawl space, foundation or basement, take photos to show you, and may even take a video of what he finds. After that, he will go over what the needs in your home are and help you make an informed decision based on those needs. We encourage you to ask questions and get as much information as you can from him, so you feel confident in your decision. Each of our System Design Specialists is highly trained, not only in our products and how they work, but in being able to give you all the information you need.
