Our Basement Waterproofing System is the answer. We install the TripleSafe Sump Pump, WaterGuard, and the CleanSpace Wall System. This system allows the basement to be completely usable! We start by jackhammering the floor around the walls of the basement to install our WaterGuard System. This system rests just below floor level, right against the walls of the basement. A flange rises above floor level and up the basement walls, taking on water that falls behind the CleanSpace Wall System. The CleanSpace Wall System attaches to the wall, with a small gap between it and the wall, allowing condensation to fall between the two and down into the WaterGuard System. WaterGuard drains into our TripleSafe Sump Pump. The TripleSafe is made of three separately powered pumps to protect your home from water in the event of pump failure, excessive rainfall, and power outages. It pumps water out and away from the basement. WaterGuard is covered by a thin layer of concrete to allow the entire surface of the basement floor to be used. This system works together to prevent water from entering the basement and a SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier can be added to eliminate humidity.
