Basement Drainage Systems
When faced with standing water in your basement, the first instinct is usually to look outside to eliminate the source of water. The problem goes back to the very beginning, when your home was first built. The backfill around your basement will settle. The water held in that areas that the dirt is now settling has to go somewhere, and it's going to find its way into the porous concrete that makes up your basement. It can also come in through cracks, holes, and even the joints from how it was constructed.
The answer is inside! We will use a jackhammer on your basement floor, close to the walls, where we will install our WaterGuard Drainage System. We set it just below floor level which helps prevent clogging. There's no filter fabric around it, it won't cause structural damage to your foundation, and it drains directly into the TripleSafe Sump Pump! We cover the system with a layer of concrete, and your entire basement floor is dry and usable!
