Professional - from the phone call to the sales person in our home, to the work foreman to the individual workers. Well trained, well educated about the produce, each worker or employee could have been a sales person.
Knowledgeable, courteous, very professional. If they didn't know the answer they found someone that did.
Very very knowledgeable about the products and options and did not try to over sell a product. Provided the information and reassurances and let the customer make the decision. Again well trained and very professional.
110% to make sure everything was left in a better shape then found.
What made you choose our company:
Knowledge and professionalism of the phone and salesperson. I received 4 quotes and Crawlspace solutions stood head and shoulders above the others. They might have had the same product (they didn't) but the presentation , explanation and the assurances given by Justin was without question this is what I needed and it was provided at a fair price, maybe not the cheapest but I felt the best for my problem. JOHN - Great job on the company, employees and the product. Thank you so much for your dedication to orchestrating and excellent company with a great system and products and a well trained staff all the way around. In an area where contractors and employees don't show up on time, have to leave in a middle of a job, take way too many breaks - your company and employees are so refreshing. On time and give 110% to the job and make sure the customer always comes first. Thank you.
