I received a call twenty minutes prior to the arrival of Blake and Chase. Upon arrival, Blake explained the service to be performed. I was concerned about a possible leak; Blake said it is normal procedure to check for leaks. Both Blake and Chase, trainee, gave me the report of what had been done
