For this homeowner we installed the following to prevent future water damage. (1) Watergaurd (2) TrenchDrain (3) SuperSump (4) IceGuard (5) LawnScape Outlet. 

For this article I am going to focus on the Super Sump Premier Sump Pump System. The SuperSump is a combination of patented and custom components which make up a highly efficient and reliable pressure relief system and water evacuation system for basement/crawlspace water control systems. SuperSumps are designed to relieve sub floor water pressure and evacuator water from the basement/crawlspace water control system.

Physical Features- Height is 22 3/8' width: top 19 3/8" bottom 14 1/4" Capacity 17 Gal.

Main Components:  Liner- The liner has a 18" tapered diameter, is 22" deep and made of structural polyethylene foam. The liner also features an exclusive pump stand locator, which prevents the switch from hanging up on the sidewalls of the liner by keeping the pump properly located in the liner.

Lid- Two-piece structural polyethylene foam lid that bolts down to the liner. The lid has floor drain with a ball float and rubber grommets for the electrical cord and discharge line. Hex indented screw for lid.

Pump- Cast iron submersible pump with a non-clogging vortex impeller and a automatic mechanical float switch. The pump will pump 2240 gallons per hour at an 8' head. Startup wattage: 2980W run wattage: 1115w. 

Alarm- WaterWatch alarm system, which sounds off when water rises above the point where the pump should normally turn on. The WaterWatch alarm runs on a 9v battery and sounds off when the water level is within 6" below the sump lid and before any water can reach the floor.

Check value- A full flow 1 1/2" check valve that screws directly into the pump with a rubber hub to help control noise and vibration 

Cord Captain- Made of PVC, yellow in color. Comes with a hose clamp, mounts on discharge line to keep cords neat. Service log envelope ties to Cord Captain to hide pump and charger cords.

CleanPump Stand- The CleanPump stand is designed to fit in the bottom of all our sump liners, ensuring that silt and sediment build up without affecting the pump's performance.
