Our company is GROWING, and we are looking for driven, relationship-focused sales representatives to join our Real Estate Response Team - a fast-moving, relationship-driven position focused on helping real estate transactions move smoothly and quickly to the closing table. This specialized role is built for speed, service, and solutions.

THIS IS A REAL OPPORTUNITY TO MAKE $80,000-$100,000+ PER YEAR!

Our Sales Representatives on our Real Estate Response Team build strong partnerships with Real Estate Agents, Home Inspectors, HVAC Companies, and other home service professionals, and when problems arise, they act fast to help solve them and keep deals from falling apart.

This is a full-time W-2 position for sales professionals who are motivated by performance, passionate about helping people, and eager to grow their career. This is not just relationship building - this is relationship protecting and deal saving!

The ideal candidate will have in-home sales experience or come from the residential real estate, window/siding/roofing, home inspection, or home improvement industries. You MUST have verifiable and STABLE sales experience. Construction experience and knowledge is a definite plus. You must also be comfortable with a 100% commission based income.

The ideal candidate must also have strong listening, follow-up, and closing skills. You must be proficient working with computer software and be detail oriented, focused, and a team player. Most importantly, you MUST have strong ethics and high integrity and be committed to ALWAYS putting the customer first.
