Falling insulation and the presence of mold prompted this Searcy homeowner to give us a call. Our Installation Crew was able to remove all of the old useless insulation and remove the mold with Mold-X2. They then installed a SmartSump Sump Pump to remove water from the crawl space. Drainage Matting was laid down to create a thermal break between the crawl space and the earth, and to provide easier flow of any surface water toward the sump pump. The final piece to this job was our trusty SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier which dries and filters the air. 

This homeowner was looking to have their dirt crawl space encapsulated and insulated. They had recently bought the home and wanted to take care of it properly from the start.
