This customer had a nasty dirt crawl space that was causing a moisture problem under the home and contributing to the rotting of some of the foundation wood. We installed CleanSpace and a Sani-Dry Sedona Dehumidifer to stop the moisture problem.

Client called to inquire about removing water from the crawl space area of their home, due to rain.  Our System Design Specialist designed just the system this client had been hoping to get. We installed a full CleanSpace Encapsulation System, complete with CleanSpace Liner, Drainage Matting, a TripleSafe Sump Pump System, and an IceGuard Sump Pump Discharge Line System. 

The IceGuard Sump Pump Drainage Line System allows water to escape from a sump pump discharge line if the pipe freezes or becomes blocked for any reason. The TripleSafe  Sump Pump System has three pumps to give the homeowner triple protection.
