Homeowners in Mayflower called CrawlSpace Solutions of Arkansas when they noticed their home was settling. They didn't think moisture was an issue, but they wanted to get the problem taken care of as quickly as possible. Curtis, one of our Design Specialists, inspected the crawl space and designed a solution to keep their home dry and stop the signs of settling.

New homeowners in Mayflower called with concerns about their crawl space. Their inspector told them they needed a vapor barrier and they wanted our help. Curtis and the homeowners decided to do a full encapsulation with TripleSafe Sump Pump and SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier.

Dirt crawl spaces have high humidity levels necessary for mold growth. Humidity levels from 50%-90% are easily found in dirt crawl spaces that have never flooded. The clean space encapsulation system completely isolates your home from the earth. This dramatically reduces the humidity level in the air which! 

Customer contacted us regarding their basement having water issues. We designed a system to help the customer deal with the water intrusion. 

We installed the WaterGuard drainage system, TripleSafe sump pump, as well as a Sanidry XP dehumidifier. The WaterGuard routes any water intrusions to the TripleSafe sump pump to be pumped out of the basement, while the XP dehumidifier controls the humidity of the space. 

This combination keeps the basemnt dry and the humidity low. 

Customer called in to have their basement waterproofed. Our Design Specialist inspected the basement and designed a system to fit the customers needs. 

Our production team installed our WaterGuard system which is a drainage system for basements. It channels water seepage from the foundation walls, the footing wall join, and block wall cavities to the sump pump. The sump pump that was installed was the TripleSafe unit. The TripleSafe is designed to relieve water pressure and evacuate water from the basement water control system. It features two 120v pumps and one 12v battery backup system. The three pumps ensure that even if the power goes out, the unit is still working to clear the water from the area. We also installed a Sanidry XP dehumidifier to help with the humidity in the space.
