Craigen visited with the homeowners and inspected their crawl space, then sat down to discuss the options for making their home cleaner, drier, and healthier. They choose to encapsulate their crawl space with the CleanSpace Encapsulation System. The end result is beautiful!

A homeowner in Damascus contacted us with concerns that the water in his crawl space would prevent him from being able to sell his home. Our Design Specialist, Jack, spoke with the homeowner and inspected the crawl space. He was able to present the homeowner with a way to dry out his crawl space and help him get his home sold. This large home had 2 separate crawl spaces with a basement in between. In addition to an encapsulation system, they agreed 4 of our TripleSafe Sump Pumps would be needed.

Each TripleSafe contains 3 individual pumps and each have their own dedicated circuit and drainage lines. The TripleSafe Sump Pump System overcomes the 3 main challenges with sump pumps: pump failure; high volume; and power failure. The primary pump is the reliable 1/3 hp pump from Zoeller, both efficient and smooth running. The secondary pump will operate when either the primary pump fails or cannot keep up with the heavy flow of water. It is a ½ hp high volume Zoeller pump, and when the two pumps work together, they pump out over 6200 gallons of water per hour. If power fails, whether due to a power outage or breakers are tripped on both other pumps, the Ultra Sump Battery Back-up Pump kicks on and sounds an alarm to notify you of a problem. This pump runs on a rechargeable battery and can pump up to 1970 gallons per hour. These pumps all fit together on pump stands inside the perforated figure 8 liner. The lid of each TripleSafe is equipped with an airtight floor drain in case of a plumbing leak, and the WaterWatch Alarm in the lid will alert to let you know if the water rises above the operating range of the pumps. It lets you know there is a problem before damage occurs. The drainage lines for each TripleSafe run outside the crawl space to our patented IceGuard. IceGuard allows water to escape if the drain line gets backed up from ice or debris, so it doesn’t reenter and flood your crawl space or basement.

Combined with the CleanSpace Encapsulation System and SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier, the TripleSafe Sump Pump will help keep your crawl space clean, dry, and healthy!

This customer had a humidity problem in their home. They called the experts from Crawl Space Solutions of Arkansas, who determined that the humidity was coming from trapped moisture in their crawl space, underneath their home. 

We came in and installed a CleanSpace encapsulation liner. This liner is a vapor barrier, that keeps moisture, humidity, and pests out of your crawl space. The customers can now rest assured they have a healthy crawl space, therefore a healthy home.

This client called in concerned about some structural issues they were having in their home. Our System Design Specialist, Jack, was able to go and determine exactly what was needed to repair the client's home and ease their concerns about the structure of their home. We were able to use our SmartJack system and some metal beams to provide the structural support the client's house was needing. 

Customer requested our service for preventative measure in their crawl space. For this space in particular, we installed a complete encapsulation system. We started by removing any insulation that was still in the crawl space as well as any debris. We graded and prepped the area so we could begin installing Drainage Matting. Once the Drainage Matting was installed, we laid our CleanSpace Liner over the Drainage Matting. There was some structural support needed, which was solved with our SmartJack system. We finished up by installing a SaniDry XP dehumidifier to regulate the humidity in the space.

This system will keep the crawl space happy and healthy, as well as keeping the inside of the home healthy.
