Jordan and his crew installed a SmartSump, which is a high-quality crawl space sump system. It includes a perforated sump liner, a reliable pump, an alarm system, and an airtight lid with a floor drain. The crew made sure that they isolated the home from the earth by installing CleanSpace Liner. CleanSpace has multiple layers and is puncture and tear resistant.  It also contains an antimicrobial additive, which prevents mold growth on the liner.
