Discovered black mold along outer bedroom wall and walk-in closet. After having Serve Pro assess inside, it was recommended to check siding and under house in crawlspace for leaks. Determination was made that vapor barrier was needed. Crawlspace provided an information packet including a very informative booklet of the procedures that are available. The sales call appointment was with Justin. He was prompt, professional, friendly, and very knowledgable. He assessed the condition of the crawlspace, providing pictures and his recommendations. After discussing with me, he gave me his proposal, which we agreed upon. There was a wait time of 4 1/2 weeks between proposal signing and work beginning. The crew consisted of Zach, Andrew, TJ, and Spencer. Zach was the lead who initially called the day work began. He was prompt, friendly, professional, and efficient. Andrew was the spokesperson that I interacted with the most. He was also prompt, friendly, professional, and efficient. TJ was prompt, friendly, professional, and efficient. Spencer was prompt, friendly, professional and efficient. All four of the crew worked equally in time and effort. The direction of the drainage ditch was originally planned to run slightly uphill preventing complete drainage. I noticed this and asked the electrician Chad about it when he came 1 1/2 weeks after crew left. Chad was prompt, efficient, professional, friendly, and informative. He referred me to a manager, Jarad, regarding having the drainage ditch redirected. He measured the distance of the current ditch and the distance it could be corrected by and gave that information to Jarad. Jarad called, and after my sending him pictures of the area and discussing it, he sent Josh to redirect the ditch. Jarad was professional, friendly, prompt, and efficient. Josh and his assistant came the next day and moved the ditch to a better downhill angle and then also put in a drainage pipe with a lid to keep prevent any debris from getting in. Josh was prompt, professional, friendly, and efficient. The work took approximately two weeks to complete. The entire process from the initial appointment to final payment was seven weeks.
