This Dover homeowner called in with concerns about living in a low-lying area with trouble routing and draining water away from the home. He felt he continuously had water under his crawl space and thought he had tried everything when he finally called the professionals at CrawlSpace Solutions of Arkansas. Our Design Specialist, Craigen, worked closely with the homeowner to develop the perfect solution to the moisture issues under his home. 

 

Bryan and his crew installed the SmartSump Sump Pump in the lowest area of the crawl space to pump excess water out of the crawl space. Drainage to outside and away from the home helps to keep the crawl space drier. Installing the dimpled Drainage Matting provided direction for any ground water run off to flow to the SmartSump. The CleanSpace Liner isolates the home from the earth and brightens the space, allowing. A SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier keeps the relative humidity at a recommended 55% or lower preventing mold and mildew growth.
