When this client called in, she had so much moisture under her home that the floors of her began bowing. Luckily, her brother had previously struggled with moisture in his basement and knew she needed to call the experts at Crawl Space Solutions of Arkansas to help solve her crawl space problems! We quickly got our system design specialist, Jack, out to design the perfect plan to get this space dry for the homeowner.
Solution
Jordan and his crew cleaned out all of the old debris and insulation, then graded and prepped the area. Next, they installed our drainage matting under our thick, 20-mil CleanSpace liner. With this space, the crew also needed to re-insulate the area with our SilverGlo wall insulation. They completed the job by installing the SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier to keep that relative humidity down to a recommended 55% or lower.
