This homeowner called in concerned about the excessive moisture under their home. They were concerned that it would eventually lead to mold and wood rot. Our System Design Specialist, Jack, designed the perfect solution to get the moisture out of his crawl space, as well as make it a nice, clean space. 

Solution

Bryan and his crew installed our drainage matting under our thick, 20-mil CleanSpace liner. With this space, the crew also needed to install our SmartSump Sump Pump System. They completed the job by installing the SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier to keep that relative humidity down to a recommended 55% or lower.
