Standing Water
Anytime it rained, this crawl space would flood. The homeowner was not happy about this. They were looking to protect their crawl space from this issue.
Crawl Space Waterproofed
We installed a TripleSafe Sump Pump and StarPipe Drainage System to keep water out of this space. We then encapsulated the crawl space with a CleanSpace Encapsulation System.
SilverGlo
The old fiberglass insulation was removed. In its place, we installed SilverGlo Insulation Panels. These graphite-infused panels are 24% more effective than conventional foam!
SmartJacks
A few of the beams had become weak due to the moisture that was in the crawl space. We provided structural support for the space with SmartJacks!
Dehumidifier
To keep the air dry and the relative humidity in the space low, we installed a SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier. This crawl space has been completely transformed and the homeowner couldn't be happier about that!
