Wet Crawl Space
Moisture in the crawl space was causing a lot of issues in this crawl space.
Old Vapor Barrier
The old vapor barrier was ripped and balled up. It was no longer providing any protection against moisture.
Encapsulated
We encapsulated the space with a CleanSpace Encapsulation System.
CleanSpace
CleanSpace is our super durable, 20mil thick, tear-resistant liner. CleanSpace seals out moisture, prevents pests from coming in, and helps to lower the humidity in the crawl space!
Dehumidifier
We also installed a SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier to keep the air dry and fresh. The SaniDry Sedona keeps the relative humidity low, filters the air from mold spores, and prevents musty odors!
