Jordan and his team removed debris and graded the crawl space, then prepped the area for the sump pump, drainage system, and CleanSpace Encapsulation. The Drainage Matting under the CleanSpace lining directs the water to the EZ Flow drainage system, which flows directly into the SmartSump pump system to remove water from the crawl space. A SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier removes the moisture from the air, and the CleanSpace Encapsulation system protects the home from the damaging effects of moisture and humidity with SilverGlo Vent Seals and a metal hinged and lockable door. This combination will stop moisture and humidity from destroying the crawl space.
