This home in Hot Springs Village had a crawl space that was in desperate need of some professional attention. The homeowners contacted Crawl Space Solutions of Arkansas, who came out and to give a FREE inspection and assessement of the space. They determined that encapsulating the crawl space would greatly improve its health and therefore the overall health of the home.
We started by cleaning everything out, then installed a CleanSpace Vapor Barrier Liner, which will protect the crawl space from pests, moisture, and humidity. On top of that, we installed a drainage matting and a SuperSump Sump Pump. The sump pump will collect any water that may accumulate, and remove it from the crawl space to out and away from the homes foundation. These three products all play integral parts in the newly established health of this homes crawl space.
