This client called in during the process of buying their new home. They stated that they had noticed issues with the insulation, wet floor joists, and other water damage. They called the experts at Crawl Space Solutions of Arkansas to help remedy the situation. Our system design specialist knew that this home would need several things including: a full CleanSpace Encapsulation System and a SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier.
Our crew got right to work on the removal and disposal of hanging insulation, as well as other debris in the crawl space. Once the crew got the area cleaned, graded, and prepped, they laid down our Drainage Matting underneath our thick 20-mil CleanSpace liner, which helps control humidity and moisture coming up from the ground from getting to the home. Finally, the crew installed a SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier to get and keep the relative humidity at or below 55%.
