We quickly got our Design Specialist out and devised a plan of action to fix this issue. First, we removed and disposed of all the old, moist insulation and excess debris in the area. Next, we placed Drainage Matting and a SmartSump Sump Pump system, so that the water will drain and be pumped out of the area.

With high humidity levels in your crawl space, it's very common that wood beams begin to rot and decay, this can lead to sagging floors in your living room. To fix this issue we installed our drainage matting to prevent moisture and guide water to a sump pump system. We also installed our Smart Jack Stabilizer to support that sagging beam.
