Vents were sealed with graphite infused SilverGlo Insulation, and the piers supporting the home were wrapped with Wallie to prevent condensation. They installed Drainage Matting to add a thermal break, and UltraFresh antimicrobial CleanSpace ensured the crawl space was isolated from the earth. The addition of the powerful and energy efficient SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier completed the encapsulation.
