Our crew removed the falling down insulation and any other debris in the space. They then sealed the vents in the crawl space with SilverGlo Insulation Panels. Drainage Matting was laid down to help guide water out of the space. Drainage Matting also establishes a thermal break in the crawl space from the earth while softening the ground. A SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier was also installed to keep the air dry and the relative humidity low.

Customer called in requesting an upgrade of his existing vapor barrier in his crawl space. Our crew removed existing materials and installed a CleanSpace vapor barrier throughout the crawl space. We turned the area into a neat, clean and usable space for the homeowner. The CleanSpace liner is specifically designed to help the overall health of the crawl space by keeping out moisture, humidity, and even pests.

A resident of Hot Springs National Park had a sprinkler leak repaired but was concerned as it was still damp and smelly in her crawl space She called the professionals at CrawlSpace Solutions of Arkansas, and we sent a Design Specialist to inspect the crawl space. The crawl space was quite damp, with humidity at around 88%. Justin and his crew prepped and graded the area, including spreading out a large pile of rocks left in the crawl space. The vents were then sealed with the SilverGlo Insulation Panels, graphite infused for better insulation, and piers were wrapped with Wallie, a 12-mil thick liner designed for masonry. The dimpled Drainage Matting provides a thermal break and durability and the bright white CleanSpace Liner isolates the home from the earth and keeps it better insulated.
