Their insulation was wet and falling down, so they wanted their crawl space to be dry and their home to be healthier. Customer called in requesting an upgrade of his existing vapor barrier in his crawl space. Our crew removed existing materials and installed a CleanSpace vapor barrier throughout the crawl space. We turned the area into a neat, clean and usable space for the homeowner. The CleanSpace liner is specifically designed to help the overall health of the crawl space by keeping out moisture, humidity, and even pests.

Our crew began by removing and disposing of all the debris in the space, then laid down a dimpled Drainage Matting over the floor of the crawlspace, which will help control moisture coming up from the dirt floor. Over the top, our 20-mil CleanSpace liner was laid down seamlessly throughout the crawl space and mechanically fastened to the walls. Finally, the crew installed our SaniDry Dehumidifier, which will keep the humidity below 55%, so mold doesn't stand a chance and dust mites die off!
