Our System Design Specialist Craigen was able to design a solution that would keep their basement dry and allow them to use it for whatever they wanted!

This basement flooded with each heavy rain the homeowners couldn't fully use their basement like they wanted.

Step one is to make sure the water can be removed.

We install the SmartSump Sump Pump to pump the water out of the basement and away from the home. This includes water that comes down the walls in the form of condensation and ground water that seeps into the WaterGuard System.

We removed the floor around the walls to install our WaterGuard System.

The WaterGuard System sits just below floor level and features a flange that goes up the wall and takes on water from behind the CleanSpace Wall System. We pour new concrete over it to ensure you have full use of your basement floor.

The CleanSpace Wall System covers the porous block walls to prevent condensation from entering the basement.

The CleanSpace Wall System leaves just enough room between it and the wall that condensation cand drip down and flow into the flange of the WaterGuard System.
