Basement Waterproofing
We installed a CleanSpace Wall System to capture moisture seeping from the walls. This 20mil thick liner is tear-resistant. CleanSpace also brightens up the basement walls very nicely! A WaterGuard Drainage System was put in at the perimeter.
WaterGuard
WaterGuard is a subfloor drainage system that is basically invisible once completely installed! This system captures water leaking from the floor/wall joint and drains it right to the sump pump.
SuperSump Sump Pump
A SuperSump sump pump is working hard to keep water out of this basement! This sump comes with a WaterWatch Alarm for added protection and peace of mind.
