Troubled Basement
This basement had certainly seen better days. Water was seeping into this space and causing damage. One of the walls was cracked and bowing. It was definitely time for some help from the experts.
Basement Waterproofing
We installed a TripleSafe Sump Pump System to ensure water stays out of the space. A CleanSpace Wall System was put in to capture any moisture seeping from the walls and drain it to the sump.
Wall Stabilized
We stabilized the cracked and bowing foundation wall with a PowerBrace Wall System. These steel i-beams are installed tightly against the leaning wall and anchored to the floor joists. The wall is secured in place, but the system can be tightened overtime to help straighten the wall back to where it was.
