This basement was having issues with moisture and a bowing wall. The homeowner was feeling really overwhelmed by all of this, so she gave us a call at CrawlSpace Solutions of Arkansas!
We managed the moisture in the space by installing a TripleSafe Sump Pump System and CleanSpace Wall System. CleanSpace will capture any water seeping from the walls and drain it to the TripleSafe to be removed from the basement. We stabilized the bowing foundation wall with a PowerBrace Wall System. This system is made up of steel i-beams that are installed against the troubled wall and secured to the floor joists. The PowerBrace System can be tightened over time to help straighten the wall. This system is a permanent solution for leaning foundation walls.
This basement is now dry, stable, and protected! The homeowner couldn't be happier about that!
