Homeowners in Cotter reached out to CrawlSpace Solutions of Arkansas wanting to find out more about encapsulating their crawl space and eliminating moisture. Craigen inspected their crawl space and recommended a complete encapsulation with SilverGlo Insulation Panels and the SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier. Their whole home is now cleaner, drier, and healthier!
The CleanSpace liner is carefully cut and installed. The workers will usually be working in their socks to keep the liner clean. That's how clean your crawl space will be! Small holes are drilled into the top of your crawl space walls, and nylon fasteners are installed to permanently secure the CleanSpace liner to the walls.
The Cleanspace liner is used to isolate the home from the earth completely and permanently. The liner is a heavy 20 mils thick material similar to a pool liner. It is manufactured in 7 layers, a blend of high-density polyethylene, low-density polyethylene, and two layers of polyester cord reinforcement.
After eliminating the standing water, this Flippin homeowner noticed a musty smell from moisture in his crawl space. He called CrawlSpace Solutions of Arkansas and his whole home is now cleaner, drier, healthier, and more structurally sound.
In addition to a complete encapsulation in this crawl space, the homeowners wanted a secure entrance to their crawl space that could withstand the harsh conditions at grade level. Michael, our Design Specialist, ordered the metal hinged and lockable crawl space door for their crawl space. Encapsulating the crawl space made the home cleaner, drier, and healthier; and the new crawl space door secured the area for storage! Call 1-501-290-8549 today!
