The Smart Sump system and Drainage Matting helped solve the problem with standing water, while the EverLast door will help to prevent any further excess moisture from seeping into the area.

Wrapping the piers in Wrappie allows for all condensation that would normally form on masonry to flow below the Drainage Matting, installed to provide a drainage space and a thermal break. The bright white CleanSpace Liner is installed to isolate the home from the earth, reducing humidity in the crawl space. The SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier, able to pull up to one hundred pints of moisture out of the air, is the final step in this encapsulation system.
