This dirt crawl space was in desperate need of waterproofing systems. Moisture was a constant problem for the homeowner, but one we fix everyday! We installed a CleanSpace Encapsulation System, EZ Flow Drainage System, and SmartSump Sump Pump to keep water out of this crawl space. We also sealed up the vents with SilverGlo Vent Seals and added a SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier to keep the air dry, too!

Drainage matting helps water flow away from the foundation. Without it, water can stay trapped against the concrete or pool at the bottom. Drainage matting comes with a dimpled design that lets water accumulate and flow away, creating an air gap.
