Basement Waterproofing Before & After Photos

This homeowner had multiple contractors out with no luck before she called CrawlSpace Solutions of Arkansas. We do "All Things Crawl-Spacey", and then some!

The previous homeowners had enclosed a garage and water kept pouring under the wall when it rained. Water is one of the most powerful forces on earth, and our Design Specialist Jack was up for the challenge. He developed a plan to pull the water away from the house and the homeowner eagerly approved it.

When Jordan and his team of installers arrived, they introduced themselves to the homeowner, reviewed the plan with her, and went right to work.

The installation team began by jackhammering a trench into the concrete drive. They followed the same path through the sidewalk to install the feed line and dug a small ditch line in the yard to install the drain line. For this job, the XL Trench was the right move, it allows water to flow into the Trench but keeps out debris that could clog the drain lines. The feed line carries the water from the XL Trench to the drain line and away from the home.

When the job was finished, they refinished the sidewalk and cleaned the work area.

The water is now being directed away from her home and she is able to use every room in her home, even in heavy rain. 

This basement had water damage on the bottom half of their dry wall. Crawl Space Solutions of Arkansas came in and cut out the effected dry wall, installing our basement wall panels in place of them.

These Sheridan homeowners called us with water leaking from some of the walls of their basement. We did everything we could to prevent this space from having any further moisture problems in the future, including installing a TripleSafe Sump Pump System, a CleanSpace Wall liner, and a WaterGuard basement waterproofing system. 

The TripleSafe Sump Pump System has three pumps to give any basement complete protection. 

The CleanSpace Wall liner helps protect your home with a 20 mil liner, similar to that of a pool liner, to keep the entire area protected from moisture. 

The WaterGuard system works in conjunction with the TripleSafe Sump Pump to make sure any water in the area is quickly drained and pumped out, without causing any water damage to the home. 

Customer contacted us to help with a basement that kept flooding. Our design specialist inspected the basement and designed a drainage system to remove the water. 

We installed our WaterGuard basement waterproofing system. This system is a sub floor perimeter system, installed below the surface of the basement floor and on top of the footing. It then channels water seepage to the sump pump. In this case, we install a TripleSafe sump pump. TripleSafes are designed to relieve sub floor water pressure and evacuate water from the basement water control system. This unit utilizes two 120v pumps and an additional 12v battery backup system. 

Customer was having basement flooding issues. Our design specialist determined the best solution was to install a WaterGuard Drainage System, CleanSpace Wall Vapor Barrier, and a TripleSafe™ Sump Pump System. 

The CleanSpace Wall Vapor Barrier will keep water vapor from passing through the walls, directing it toward the sump pump installed. The WaterGuard Drainage System is designed to capture water that seeps through walls, effectively catching the water before it reaches your basement floor. Water enters the system then flows through the drainage pipe to the sump pump. As in this case, it is recommended for best results to install the WaterGuard System along with a TripleSafe Sump Pump. The TripleSafe Sump Pump includes a primary pump, secondary pump, and a battery backup sump pump. The battery back up on the unit protects from flooding during power outages.
