Customer inquiried about having basement waterproofed. Our Design Specialist recommended our WaterGuard Drainage System, CleanSpace Wall System, Sanidry XP, and TripleSafe sump pump.
The WaterGuard Drainage System is designed to channel water seepage from the foundation walls, the footing wall join, and the block wall cavities to the sump pump. In this case, it channels the water to the TripleSafe sump pump. The TripleSafe systems are designed to relieve subfloor water pressure and evacuate water from the basement water control system. The TripleSafe utilizes two 120v pumps and 1 12v battery backup system.
Customer contacted us regarding their basement having water issues. We designed a system to help the customer deal with the water intrusion.
We installed the WaterGuard drainage system, TripleSafe sump pump, as well as a Sanidry XP dehumidifier. The WaterGuard routes any water intrusions to the TripleSafe sump pump to be pumped out of the basement, while the XP dehumidifier controls the humidity of the space.
This combination keeps the basemnt dry and the humidity low.
This client called CrawlSpace Solutions of Arkansas with a water leak problem in a below grade garage. Our crew knew exactly what was needed to solve this homeowner's problem. A WaterGuard Drainage System was needed for this area, along with a SuperSump premier sump pump system and our EverLast Wall System. The WaterGuard system intercepts water at the perimeter of the area and drains it all, completely unseen. The SuperSump system is clean and neat, and nothing can fall into it with the airtight lid. The EverLast wall system are highly mold resistant wall panels that are specifically designed for high humidity areas, like this one.
This space is now clean, dry, and looks great again!
This homeowner had multiple contractors out with no luck before she called CrawlSpace Solutions of Arkansas. We do "All Things Crawl-Spacey", and then some!
The previous homeowners had enclosed a garage and water kept pouring under the wall when it rained. Water is one of the most powerful forces on earth, and our Design Specialist Jack was up for the challenge. He developed a plan to pull the water away from the house and the homeowner eagerly approved it.
When Jordan and his team of installers arrived, they introduced themselves to the homeowner, reviewed the plan with her, and went right to work.
The installation team began by jackhammering a trench into the concrete drive. They followed the same path through the sidewalk to install the feed line and dug a small ditch line in the yard to install the drain line. For this job, the XL Trench was the right move, it allows water to flow into the Trench but keeps out debris that could clog the drain lines. The feed line carries the water from the XL Trench to the drain line and away from the home.
When the job was finished, they refinished the sidewalk and cleaned the work area.
The water is now being directed away from her home and she is able to use every room in her home, even in heavy rain.
This basement had a serious water problem. To solve the problem of water sitting on the basement floor the crew installed a trench drain that runs along the perimeter of the basement and flows to the Super Sump and out of the basement.
