Basement Waterproofing Before & After Photos

Customer contacted us regarding their basement having water issues. We designed a system to help the customer deal with the water intrusion. 

We installed the WaterGuard drainage system, TripleSafe sump pump, as well as a Sanidry XP dehumidifier. The WaterGuard routes any water intrusions to the TripleSafe sump pump to be pumped out of the basement, while the XP dehumidifier controls the humidity of the space. 

This combination keeps the basemnt dry and the humidity low. 

To waterproof this basement, we installed WaterGuard Drain System complete with inspection ports. We also installed a TripleSafe Sump Pump System with a Battery Backup unit. The WaterGuard is a subfloor perimeter drainage system for basements that is installed below the surface of the basement floor and the top of the footing. This channels water seepage from the foundation walls, the footing wall join, and block wall cavities to the sump pump. The inspection ports allow for visual inspection and system testing. The TripleSafe Sump Pump System includes two 120v pumps and one 12v battery backup system. They are specifically designed to relieve subfloor water pressure and remove the water from the basement water control system. The Battery Backup unit allows for the pump to continue working if the power goes out for any reason.
