Basement Waterproofing Before & After Photos

Customer called in to have their basement waterproofed. Our Design Specialist inspected the basement and designed a system to fit the customers needs. 

Our production team installed our WaterGuard system which is a drainage system for basements. It channels water seepage from the foundation walls, the footing wall join, and block wall cavities to the sump pump. The sump pump that was installed was the TripleSafe unit. The TripleSafe is designed to relieve water pressure and evacuate water from the basement water control system. It features two 120v pumps and one 12v battery backup system. The three pumps ensure that even if the power goes out, the unit is still working to clear the water from the area. We also installed a Sanidry XP dehumidifier to help with the humidity in the space. 

Customer contacted us regarding their basement having water issues. We designed a system to help the customer deal with the water intrusion. 

We installed the WaterGuard drainage system, TripleSafe sump pump, as well as a Sanidry XP dehumidifier. The WaterGuard routes any water intrusions to the TripleSafe sump pump to be pumped out of the basement, while the XP dehumidifier controls the humidity of the space. 

This combination keeps the basemnt dry and the humidity low. 

Customer inquiried about having basement waterproofed. Our Design Specialist recommended our WaterGuard Drainage System, CleanSpace Wall System, Sanidry XP, and TripleSafe sump pump.

In this case, it channels the water to the TripleSafe sump pump. The TripleSafe systems are designed to relieve subfloor water pressure and evacuate water from the basement water control system. The TripleSafe utilizes two 120v pumps and 1 12v battery backup system. 

Part of keeping your crawl space dry involves a sump pump. The state of the art SmartSump is designed just for crawl spaces. The liner and lid are designed to form a tight seal around the CleanSpace liner. The Smart Sump is a combination of patented and custom components that make up a highly efficient and reliable water evacuation system for Crawl Space Environments. 

To waterproof this basement, we installed WaterGuard Drain System complete with inspection ports. We also installed a TripleSafe Sump Pump System with a Battery Backup unit. The WaterGuard is a subfloor perimeter drainage system for basements that is installed below the surface of the basement floor and the top of the footing. This channels water seepage from the foundation walls, the footing wall join, and block wall cavities to the sump pump. The inspection ports allow for visual inspection and system testing. The TripleSafe Sump Pump System includes two 120v pumps and one 12v battery backup system. They are specifically designed to relieve subfloor water pressure and remove the water from the basement water control system. The Battery Backup unit allows for the pump to continue working if the power goes out for any reason.
